Bison Oilfield Services, a growing Energy ServiceCompany, is looking for motivated individuals to become an integral part of ourteam. This position is responsible for preventative maintenance,diagnosis, repairs, reconditioning and overhaul of heavy dieselequipment. Responsibilities

• Perform general and detailed repair of all heavy equipment, engines and components.

• Keep equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.

• Maintenance of trucks, trailers, heavy equipment and pickups.

• Repair engines, transmissions, electrical, suspensions, vacuum / pressure pump systems, hydraulics and brakes.

• Diagnoses and troubleshoots machine and engine malfunctions and failures.

• Keeps up to date with developments in tooling, technologies and systems.

• Uses safe working practices and follows all company safety requirements.

• Maintains a clean and organized work area.

• Performs maintenance activities on new and rebuilt/repaired equipment.

• Makes recommendations as to repairs meeting warranty criteria.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• 2+ years of Mechanic experience

• CDL Required

• Basic knowledge of oil & gas operations strongly preferred

• Electrical Experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors

• Flexibility to work irregular schedule including days, nights, and weekends

• Must pass a drug screen and background check

• Ability to work in a fast-paced “start-up” environment

• Must be a team player

Education

• HS Diploma or equivalent
